Easy Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be:

Unused and in the same condition as received

Packed in its original packaging
When Returns Are Not Applicable
We won’t be able to process returns in the following cases:

Request raised after 7 days of delivery

Product shows signs of wear, damage, or is not in original packaging
Sale Orders
Products purchased during sale or promotional periods are not eligible for returns.
However:

Size exchanges are allowed (subject to availability)

Defective or damaged products will be replaced
EMI Orders

Returns are not applicable on EMI purchases

One-time exchange is allowed (subject to size availability)
Cash on Delivery (COD) Charges
COD handling charges (₹75–₹100) are non-refundable in case of returns.
